Madison Children’s Museum will kick off the summer season with live performances and fun at Juniorpalooza – the museum’s annual block party, on Saturday, June 11, from 10 am –12:30 pm outside the building at 100 N. Hamilton Street.
Admission to the event is free, and all are welcome to enjoy the festivities! Truly Remarkable Loon will start the party at 10 am with a juggling performance. KG and the Ranger will lasso in a crowd at 11 am with cowboy songs and rope tricks. A final performance by El-Tin Fun at noon will have everyone moving and grooving to some rocking beats.
Other activities will include arts and crafts, access to the Brand Log Cabin at 11 am to experience pioneer living, and more. Admission to this outdoor event is free, although paid admission will be required to enter the museum. If it rains heavily, events will be moved indoors, and admission will be required.
