My family doesn’t go out to eat very often because of my daughter’s milk allergy, but I had to review Daisy Cafe and Cupcakery because of the wonderful experience I had the first time I ate there.
I went to Daisy Cafe with a group of mamas and babies after Happy Bambino’s Cuddlebugs just a few weeks after the place opened. When we arrived, we were ushered to the back room – not to hide us away from the rest of the patrons, but in order to give us more room for all our baby gear. Our waiter quickly brought out all the infant seat cradles* they had and mentioned how they’d now have to buy more for the next time we came for lunch after group – YES! They wanted us (and our babies and strollers and car seats and diaper bags …) to come back again the following week!
My family always has a nice time at Daisy Cafe, and the employees have been really great about helping us find dairy-free items on the menu. And the food is delicious! I’ve tried a few of their stratas and omelets and recently enjoyed a Daisy Burger. So good! And, of course, we can’t forget the cupcakes. Milena and I just had to taste test one (or two..) of their vegan cupcakes in order to give the cafe a fair review. Delicious!
